Meet cutie pie Penelope (Penny for short)!   If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who’ll melt your heart, Penny is the perfect match.  She is the ultimate cuddle companion. She enjoys being cradled like a baby, curling up on your lap, and will purr non stop while you hold her.

Penny would thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can be the center of attention. Ideally, she’d love to live in a quiet home with one or two people who can give her all the love she deserves. While she’s friendly with other cats, we think she'll do great as a solo pet to enable deep bonding with her humans. Give  Penny  the cozy, loving home she deserves, and she’ll bring you endless joy in return!

Most of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $125 for a kitten, $200 for two kittens. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we will check public records to confirm.

If the cat is still on our website, that means the cat is still currently available. If you have questions, your inquiries will be given priority if you submit an application at www.DextersKitties.org. We are a volunteer team and try to respond as quickly as time allows.

And finally please remember that cats can live more than 20+ years, so this is a LIFE TIME commitment.  Please make sure you have the financial resources to cover emergency vet bills if your cat gets sick, a stable home, and someone to take the cat(s) if something heaven forbid happens and you can no longer care for them.  Thank you for adopting a rescue cat!
